> Picha is a Persian × Turkish Angora mix cat (female, spayed), born 27 November 2025 (~9.9 months old as of 2026-09-24). This is her personal website: profile, health record, care guide and tools, maintained by her owners, Farah & Farzin. All dates are ISO (YYYY-MM-DD). The site is statically rebuilt on every update, so this file is always current as of the build date above.

Picha owns an apartment in Kuala Lumpur, where she keeps two humans, Farah & Farzin, as full-time staff. Their duties include wand-toy operation, chin scratches on demand, and opening treat packets at the precise frequency of her meow. She pays in purrs, head-boops, and the honour of her company. It is not a fair arrangement. Nobody is complaining.

## Training (the Royal Academy)

Progressive desensitisation courses, run by the staff in short daily sessions. A step is passed when she stays relaxed through it on several separate days.

- **Toothbrushing 101**: not started (6 steps planned). Cats hide dental disease until it hurts. A daily brush is the single best prevention, and the beef-flavour Histo Tree gel has already been purchased.
- **The Manicure Programme**: in session, step 3 of 5 ("Meet the clippers"). Indoor claws overgrow and snag. Regular trims protect her paws, the furniture and the staff.
- **Carrier Diplomacy**: not started (5 steps planned). Every vet visit starts with the carrier. A cat who enters it voluntarily makes every trip calmer and faster.
- **Advanced Holding Tolerance**: not started (5 steps planned). Vet exams, grooming and the occasional shelf rescue all go better for a cat who tolerates being held.
- **Recall, By Appointment**: in session, step 3 of 4 ("Out-of-sight recall"). A reliable name response finds a hidden cat fast, which matters with a hide-and-seek grandmaster in the house.
- **The Talking Buttons**: in session, step 3 of 6 ("Honour the first press"). Recordable sound buttons let her ask for things on purpose instead of the usual guessing games. Done properly (staff model the presses, nobody forces her paw, and the reward comes at once) it is real enrichment and a genuine line of communication. Start with a single button and add the rest only as she gets it.
- **Party Tricks**: not started (6 steps planned). Tricks are pure enrichment: they work her brain, burn energy and turn training into a game the whole household enjoys. They also build the focus and cooperation every other course leans on. Lure and reward, never pose her by hand.
- **Harness & Leash (Elective)**: in session, step 2 of 5 ("Worn, unfastened"). Elective. Useful only if travel or supervised outdoor time is ever on the agenda, so it waits at the back of the syllabus.

Session rules: Short sessions: 2–5 minutes, once or twice a day. Always end on a success, even a tiny one. Treats are the salary; keep them within the daily 10% budget. Never force it. If she leaves, class is dismissed. One step at a time; repeat a step for days before moving on.

The staff's daily rounds:

### Food

- **Her palate**: Wet and lickable food: five stars, licked clean. Kibble gets politely nibbled, rarely crunched. A lifestyle choice, the vet confirms, not a dental issue.
- **Portion control**: Measured meals only; the buffet is closed. Three 20 g kibble drops from the feeder (60 g a day), plus two hand-served wet courses and one afternoon treat. Post-spay royalty gains weight easily, and the waistline is under active management.
- **Treats**: Her love language and primary negotiation tool. Capped at ≤10% of daily food, no matter how convincing the eyes get.
- **The fountain**: Fresh running water 24/7 from her personal drinking fountain. Still water is beneath her.

Daily feeding schedule (the feeder drops one 10 g kibble portion at each of five slots; wet food, in thirds, and one treat tube are mixed in by the staff):
- **6:30 AM — Morning kibble** (10 g): The feeder drops her first 10 g portion; she grazes on it through the morning.
- **10:30 AM — Kibble + wet food** (10 g): A feeder portion, plus anything she left from the morning, with a third of the wet food stirred into it and put back for her.
- **2:30 PM — Kibble + treat tube** (10 g): A feeder portion, plus any leftovers, mixed with one squeezy treat tube. Hold a little treat back to drizzle over the last kibbles until she licks the bowl clean. Her biggest meal, thanks to the treat.
- **6:30 PM — Kibble + wet food** (10 g): A feeder portion (rarely any leftovers by now) with another third of the wet food mixed in.
- **10:30 PM — Kibble + wet food, nightcap** (10 g): The last feeder portion, plus any leftovers and all the remaining wet food, usually warmed briefly in hot water and stirred through.

### Grooming

- **The daily combing** (Daily): The tool of record is a stainless steel comb, worked through both sides while she rotates herself like a rotisserie. The long coat depends on it: it prevents mats and sustains the glamour.
- **Face touch-ups** (As needed): Pet wipes for the eyes and face, kept within reach for whenever the look needs refreshing.
- **Spot cleaning** (As needed): YEGBONG Pet Dry Cleaning Mousse (waterless), worked into the fur and brushed through, mainly under the chin and any spots that dared get dirty.
- **Bathing** (Rarely): Rarely required; the daily combing does the heavy lifting. An occasional bath or a professional spa day, by appointment.
- **Nails** (Every 2–4 weeks): A manicure every 2–4 weeks with cat clippers: front paws first, back paws as she permits. Best conducted while she is drowsy and least inclined to file a complaint.
- **Teeth** (Daily): A daily brush with Histo Tree cat-safe dental gel (beef flavour), worked along the gumline a few seconds a side. Tolerated, barely, in exchange for the treat that follows.

- **Forward** [calm] — Curious & friendly: Ears up and swung forward. She is engaged and interested; a good moment to say hello.
- **Relaxed / neutral** [calm] — Calm & content: Ears upright and easy, facing loosely forward. All is well in the kingdom: comfortable, calm and at ease.
- **Swiveling** [alert] — Listening: Ears rotating like little satellite dishes to track a sound. Alert and reading the room, not upset.
- **Sideways (airplane mode)** [wary] — Overstimulated: Ears turned out to the sides like little wings. Uncertain, annoyed or over it; a gentle sign to ease off.
- **Slightly back** [wary] — Irritated: Ears tipped back a touch. Cautious and a little annoyed, weighing whether to react. Give her a moment.
- **Flat against head** [danger] — Give her space: Ears pinned flat to the head to protect them. Fear or defensive aggression under real stress. Do not reach in; let her calm down on her own.
- **One ear back** [alert] — Multitasking: One ear forward, one swung back, tracking two things at once (often something behind her). Mildly on guard.

- **Interested / alert** [alert] — Curious & engaged: Eyes open, pupils mid-size, gaze fixed on something. Curious and mentally engaged, taking it all in.
- **Narrowed / intense** [alert] — Locked in: Pupils drawn to a focused line, stare steady. Determined and confident while she sizes things up. Let her work it out.
- **Very narrow / agitated** [wary] — Overstimulated: Pupils pulled to thin slits. Annoyed, overstimulated, or simply in bright light. If the mood is tense, ease off the fuss and give her a breather.
- **Suspicious / cautious** [wary] — Wary & watching: Eyes half narrowed, watching closely. Unsure and checking whether things are safe. Move slowly and let her make the call.
- **Round / surprised** [alert] — Startled: Eyes suddenly wide and round. Something sudden caught her off guard and she is on alert. Give her a beat to see it is nothing.
- **Unequal pupils** [wary] — Check on her: One pupil larger than the other. It can be normal in dim or changing light, but if it lasts, or comes with squinting, pawing at the eye, or her seeming off, call the vet.
- **Slow blink** [calm] — I trust you: A slow, lazy blink held for a beat. Her way of saying she trusts you and feels safe. Slow-blink back; it is the highest compliment a cat gives.
- **Wide-eyed / fearful** [danger] — Scared: Eyes stretched wide, usually with big pupils, body braced. Scared and feeling threatened, looking for a way out. Do not crowd or corner her; give her space and a clear exit.
- **Blink / eyes closed** [calm] — Deeply relaxed: Eyes shut, face soft and smooth. Very relaxed and trusting, or tuning the world out to rest. Leave her to it.

Health note: a hard unblinking stare is a challenge (look away). Unequal pupils that do not settle, a suddenly cloudy, red or weepy eye, constant squinting, or pawing at one eye are a vet call, not a mood.

- **Thumping** [danger] — Back off: Tail thumping the floor. Very annoyed and warning you to back off. Stop, and give her space.

## Personality

- **Professional huntress**: Wand toys tremble at her name. Daily hunts are mandatory and non-negotiable; she does make the rules.
- **Sleep athlete**: 16+ hours a day. It is not laziness, it is training, and completely normal for her age.
- **Thunder critic**: Storms receive zero stars and an immediate retreat to a secret bunker. Let her be: dark, quiet hideouts and calm energy fix everything. Never pull her out.
- **Impeccably groomed**: Self-grooming is a round-the-clock operation. The white coat stays white through relentless personal effort; the staff merely assist.
- **Chief demands officer**: Attention is not requested, it is summoned. Ignoring her is technically possible, for about eleven seconds.
- **Keeper of the spots**: She maintains a rotation of official favourite spots. If she is "missing", she is at one of them, precisely where she intends to be.
- **Professional proximity**: Wants her people near, never on top of her. Sit or lie beside her, keep a respectful gap, and consider yourself honoured.
- **Chief inspector**: Anything new is inspected on arrival. Groceries do not enter service until every single bag has passed her sniff audit.
